Eli Finlay
This is for the "create your own band/singer" contest at Baka Neko (which if you haven't figured out yet, is where I do my oekakis) Eli is the lead singer of the band Flaming Undershorts, which shortened is FU, (that was totaly unintentional!!) FU is an alternative rock band.

Other: The name Eli means "height" and Finlay means "little fair-haired soldier" (oh the humanity!!!!!) He also designed the band's logo.
