Baby Oceanus
Its Ocean, who I am not sure if I've got any other pics of in here -_-;;;; Although you can't tell, Ocean is almost entirely blind, but when he was five his mother had him try an experimental precedure which gave him perfect sight in his left eye, but lost him all sight in the right one. In this pic he hasn't had the procedure done yet. Ocean was named as he ws for the color of his eyes, his mother thought they looked like the color of the ocean.
Here he is as a little kid with a red ball, awww he's angry! Its in chibi style, which I've never done before.
